hi
i have jist brought a r reg omega 2.5 v6 auto and fitted a tow bar and run all the electrics no problem but come to a real snag now i got to the fitting of all the wires
can any1 advise on what goes to where i have a list for the trailer boat plug
nearside indicator
rear fog light
offside indicator
offside tail light
stop light (either side)
near side tail light
if any1 know what colour thease wiers are it would be much appreciated

Standard 12N plugs use:-
Pin 1: yellow- left hand indicator
Pin 2: blue - rear fog
Pin 3: white - earth
Pin 4: green – right hand indicator
Pin 5: brown – right side light
Pin 6: red - brake light
Pin 7: black - left side light

I'll have a look. My loom is a GM loom so I didn't need to know what colours where what.
black/yellow is brakes .... ;) :y

Having looked through Mr Haynes diags ....... (feel free to correct me anyone) ::)
Earth (0volts for the electrickery bods) - Brown
Brakes - yellow/black
left tail - grey/black
right tail - grey/red
left turn - black white
right turn - black/green
rear fogs - black/blue
You should be able to find all these connections behind the trim at the rear of the boot (bumper side) in a square-ish plug which also contains a bigger red wire for powering caravans.
NB if you use the brake's black/yellow wire at the plug then you'll need to bridge the terminal in the relay base above the driver's feet or fit the trailer brake light failure 'relay'.
