Title: air recurculation switch

it seems to come on when i turn the ignition on, switch it off and alls fine,turn off ignition and and turn on again it stays off, leave the car for a while turn on the ignition it comes on (lights up) whats happening, apart from what i just explained! :-/

sounds like faulty switch .does it go off when you put yout air con on?
