Title: CID No map display

I'm sure this has been covered before, just been swapping over my 2013 & CID for a 2015, CID & telematics, all installed and working with no problem except full maps aren't displaying on the screen - just a black screen with the menu box.

Has GPS - knows where it is
2008 CD is a good original version
All other CID functions work
All connectors firmly seated

Can anyone remember what causes this?

Cancel this!

After double checking the connectors I discovered that the 12Way RGB cable wasn't fully home.

yup, if everything works but map, its alwasy the rgb cable :y
