Title: Radio Connections

Can anyone please supply a legible wiring diagram for a 1996 CDx Radio connections? Not one of those stupid German thing in the Haynes comic. Also doses anyone knows if there is an AUX terminal on the ignition switch? I know that I have to start the engine or certainly switch to ignition on to get the radio on.

You have the 'W' contact that becomes 12v in the I position and remains 12v until key removed.

Whats wrong with the Haynes Book of 'dangle berries' wiring diags? Look like they are lifted directly from GM's own documentation?

1996 will be std ISO, except the perm 12v and the switched 12v are the other way round.  The top part of the connector is less well defined in ISO, but presumably you want this info to fit some aftermarket stuff in, so won't use that part anyway?

The main problem being an old git and not speaking German I like the old British style of diagrams and dare I say like Rover use too.
