Mending a laptop the owner SWEARS had a virus problem that Norton AV didn't protect against ........

It's actually a knackered hard drive, very nearly totally dead, but I've managed to lift 80% of his "My Documents" ... and No .. he never had any backups to any of his data .... numpty..... :)

So in between working that I read and post here .. :)
