Title: CD Cassette stuck in CCR 2006

The CD changer on my CCR 2006 has the 4-disc cassette stuck in. It wont play any of the 4 CD's and it wont eject. It shows 'error cdc' on the display.

Anyone know how I can remove the cassette?

Don`t force it, open it or try anything, as whilst its in that state, it may be salvageable

Thanks for the reply Dave. Seeing as you have read the description of the problem already, can you give an estimate of a repair cost please, rather than going through the whole process on the website?

Until I can have a first hand look at the unit, I`m afrid that I have no idea on what has failed or the costs involved - one of the reasons that I am providing a FREE estimate for units sent to me.

Please don`t ask me to offer a ballpark figure -
I won`t.
