Title: cruise controll

had a faulty stalk when i bought the car main beam kept flashing cruise didnt,bought a new talk with cruise controll same as i had.but cruise controll doesnt wotk!is there a fuse that might have blown?all is connected up correctl,both sets of wires.pretty good with wiring etc so any help would be appreciated!

how many wires on the leccy connector for cruise on the replacement stalk?

has 2 wires seperate from other connecter

You haven't fitted a 4 wire stalk to your car - 2.5td engine needs 2 wire stalk.

is def a 2 wire stalk and connecter but not working

check functionality by sticking meter across wires - the switches are in a resistor network.

I dont had td stalk to give you correct readings

Across the pins (disconnected).

Normal (No Cruise), 670 Ohm
Cruise On / Speed Increase, 67 Ohm
Resume / Speed Decrease, 162 Ohm
Reset / Stop, 1.6K Ohm
