thanks m8 il have a look dont seem to be a relay on there for the front fogs though :y

The relay for the fogs may be under the steering wheel with the other fuses :-/.

Right & after consulting Haynes,
There is no relay - both fog lamps are fed from Fuse 16. The fuse also feeds the tell tale on the dashboard, that means that if the dash light comes on the fuse is ok.
Also, as the fogs are fixed to the bumper they have their own 2 pin plug in connectors inside the bumper, so its possible that they could have been unplugged if the bumper has been removed, or even that the bulbs have blown.
Let us know how you get on.
;)

Can you check is there any power going to the bulbs? If no power and you checked all else it means the switch is probably gone
-
Does the light in the instrument panel come on?
If so then the fuse and switch are ok.

yes the fuse is ok and the light comes on and theres no power at the point where the wire conectsto the bulb

If all connection are intact, the bulbs are ok, the dash light comes on when you switch them on then the fault must be in the circuit after the switch. As mentioned earlier, check with a multi meter if power is at the wires at the foglights, probably won't be, you will need to find where the break is in the circuit.
You could try hotwiring from the switch to the lights to bypass the wires just to the foglights themselves, if they work then, this will confirm the break just mentioned.
