Title: remote locking wont work

hi all
ive got a x plate 2lt gls and the remote locking wont work,ive tried to pair up the key with the car and nothing happens ( if im doing it right )
its never worked since ive had the car.the lights work on the fob and i know its transmitting a signal

Do you have the same problem with both keys?
My Astra G has 2 keys, one of them does as you describe, I assume that one has been replaced with A N Other and has never been programmed/Tech II'd to the car.
