I SORNed my 2.6 MR6 about a year ago on a friend's drive way. i want to sell it but after the battery went flat I don't have a clue what to do to sort the immobiliser.
I try to start the car and the alarm goes off.
What do I do?

Is the battery now charged or are you trying to jump it :question

Nothing, the chip in the key 'talks' to the imobiliser. :y

The facelifts can be a bit tempremental after the battery has been off a while, my 2.2 was a right pain to start after a month without a battery.
I re-connected the battery, tried starting it and nothing, just turned over and then the powersounder went off. So I disconnected the battery again, left it 5 mins, reconnected it and switched the ignition to number 2 (red lights) and waited for all the lights on the dash to stop flashing, started first time then :y
