Hi folks :)
Just recently my telematic phone has been resetting when i click on messages :'(
When ever i scroll to messages and click on it the phone symbol eg BT CELLNET and signal bar disappears off display then comes back a few seconds later and does a reset.
Anyone any ideas ? could it be my sim or a problem with the unit

easy test is try another sim i guess. not something I've seen before...

Cheers jaime thought of that but means i would have to activate another sim and put money on it,or buy a sim holder :-/

Active Sim means its active on the Network, so no credit required, if tour sim is paygo has it been used to make calls lately, most Networks de activate after about 6 months so they can claim the Number back.
There free on most Network Operators Web Sites. :y

I've got a pile of new and sealed O2 sim packs here if you want one :y

Thanks for the offer lads :y i have some sims here its just i think before you can make and receive messages you have to activate it by topping up.
Thing is i can send messages and when i receive them a screen pops up saying i have a new message and i can press read, but if i go to my inbox after reading it it says i have no new messages and i click on incoming and thats when i get the problem

If the sim is active on the network, then you dont need credit or top up to recieve a message.
Is the sim memory full?, plug the sim into a normal phone and see whats going on or if it works that way.
