Title: seats help!

i have a cdx and the height adjustment is not working motor seems to work ok but wont turn the thread have looked for any blockages but cant see anything is the same on both sides,passenger and driver.any help would be good!ta

Are they at the highest or lowest point of adjustment? If so they can stick, try using a spanner on the end of the adjuster rod and turning it a little and try again :y

at the highest and its very high!!will try that tomorow thanks
