Should have a 4-digit passcode for the radio. You have 6 attempts left to input the code. Leave radio switched on (you`ll have to keep ign on `cause the radio will turn off on default after about an hour) until "code" shows on display, then input your correct code.

is the number the security code or the radio type code?

Mine lists both 'Radio Type/Code : B206/****'

The radio code is a 4 digit code (which is different to the 'security code')

I wouldn`t try again unless you`re sure of the code. Once you`ve had 10 attempts you are in trouble. I`d take Dave`s advice. No matter how many car passes you have there`s no guarantee that the radio codes will work. Unit could have been changed a few times

Could be both - best to send it now before it rewrites itself and goes into lockdown mode

Easier for me, cheaper for you   :y
