hi all
I want to retro fit the xenon lights from an elite into my cdx
what do i need other than the complete light units ?
will the wiring from my car just plug up or is it a nightmare job?
i klnow about the washers for the lights too im prepaired for that
please point me in the right direction because if i need anything else from the car i need to know asap as the car goes the crusher tommorow

Lights, washers, multi-plug connector (fitted to HID bulb) with about 20cm of loom. Leave your existing multi-plug, splice into wiring behind (you then have 2 multi-plugs, replace the motor on the HID with yours

Sorry if its a bit off topic doog,but it has always bugged me why xenons have to have washer jets on em.I would be very interested to know the answer to this if anyone knows. ::)

HID light frequency is adversely affected by dirty headlamp lenses, to a larger extent than the normal Halogen bulb

Some would say that you need the levelling system too.

Predominantly to reduce glare is the legal reason, but HIDs are adversely affected (light output wise) by even a small amount of traffic dirt on them.

on a car with xenons there are 2 leveling sensors one on the front strut and one on the rear, there is a box that controls it all under the front drivers wing, but if you replace hids its might work by rewiring
