For simple operation of seat only, only need to provide 12v and 0v to seat (plus the seat heaters, and obviously the side airbags if your airbag ECU expects to see them)

Memory of mirrors needs replacement mirrors and a shitload of wiring

One should apologise for ones langauge, would one agree ;D

Of course, the correct terminology one should have used is "and a challenging amount of wiring one would need to performed should one wish to receive the full experience of the memory functions in one's car"

You need memory mirrors (both doors, and interior 'autodip' type mirror).  And all the wiring in between.  To do that, and it is a lot of wiring, you'll have to treat yourself to a Haynes Book of 'dangle berries', and ponder over the wiring diagrams whilst performing your daily rituals ;D

set position, then press M and 1 2 or 3 together to store.

To return to that stored setting, just press and hold 1 2 or 3 as appropriate until seat stops moving
