Title: Omega 3.0v6 Facelift servicing questions

Hi all,

I have a Omega Facelift 3.0v6 Elite (2001) manual

Please could you answer or provide me links to the following questions?

1) When doing a full service is it true i only need to change

Oil,Oil Filter,Fuel Filter,Pollen Filter,Air Filter,SparkPlugs?anything else?

2) How to change the oil filter?

3) How to change the spark plugs?

And some additional ?'s

4) Where can i get a replica/original irmscher grill from (one with a Chrome outline)

5) Where can i get a replica/original irmscher body kit (or parts of)

6) Is there anything I can do to get more BHP from the engine for under £200?

7) The car comes with CR2006 stereo.However it does not play CD-R's.Any suggestions?

Is there a unit i can fit in that plays MP3s and still utilises the BOSE speaker system?

Or is there an adapter i can use with a third party stereo?

Sorry for all the ?'s, but ive been posting many things on many forums - with no real answers.

1) plus check condition of brakes inc. handbrake & aux. belt & tensioner
    (cambelt & tensioners every 4yrs/40k

5)Just keep searching auction sites, hard to come by nowadays
