Light around on / off  button works but the others are off. I have checked the bulbs and they are fine. There must be more than one power / earth. Is there a way to check Or is it likely to be a printed circuit fault

chech ground on number 3 on top plug, and dash dimmer light on bottom plug number 6 both on the radio back, also try the dimmer on car  lights.

I think side lights need to be on for the others bulbs to light up. This is from memory and apologies for if I am stating the obvious.
