No, it will not work as a plug and play like other vehicles do - I know others have tried to adapt it to run, but not heard of anyone being successfull as yet.

NO, will not work. Have previously talked to Parrot about it, and they do not advise fitting due to compatibility problems, and has also damaged the Bose unit before now.
I have a Nokia bluetooth kit in mine, seems to work great, and mutes the stereo too via the mute wire.

This depends totally on the age of the Elite.

If its a CCR800/Bose then it WILL work - I've done it!

However, you dont use the speaker setup, you use the Aux input connection which then displays PHONE on the display.

Its essentially going in via the Traffixmaster route.

It can be made to fit and function this way, but remember thet you have modified this with a bit of know how, and its not a straight forward plug and play option as Parrot intended. Also, by doing this, you will only get a mono input and cannot make full use of some of the other parrot features for audio in etc. However, if you are only using it as a phone kit, then a good solution that can be adapted for most of the BOSE units with a trafficmaster input

My Nokia kit doesn't mute or display 'Phone'  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Works great otherwise though :y
