Hi everyone just joined (newbie). Just fitted new JVC KW-NT1 Double Din GPS AV system. Nice piece of kit,GPS works very well. However when fitting the unit i found a wire marked speed signal, the book says it does'nt need to be connected, but does help the system calibrate itself to be more accurate. Any ideas as to where i can pick up the signal from. Thanks for any info.

passenger footwell. ON later 1998 and all 1999, there is even a connector with it in :y

Its a blue/red wire which for some reason also finds its way to the sunroof!

Thanks guy's for the info. This blue/red wire does'nt happen to be the same wire that runs to the back of the iso plug, and connects to the SDV contact on CDR2005. If it is,it would save running a new wire. Thanks again
