Title: somekind of sensor(max 4.5k revs) + something more
Post by: dawchiks on 30 June 2010, 16:39:16
hi again. few problems for me again :D :D . so, first of all my passenger sun shield got ripped off and the wires touched and boom - tachometer, speedometer, radio, conditioner - these are things that don't work. No life what so ever. Is there a fuse to change or something like that? Any1 knows?

2nd is the that sensor, i think it's the cam sensor which does this. Is there an easy way to disable it so my car revs more than 4.5k ( i know it's bad and so on), cuz it's damaged.

P.S Opel Omega X20XEV 2000

damn, the wires have burned somewhere, when I try to put a new fuse in it causes the fuse plug to spark. Does any1 know where I can just cut off the wire which goes to those sun shields?

unscrew the fuse box and look behind it you may be lucky and it just burn't out there, other way is take the middel light out and sun roof motor cover off and should see the wire for the light which is the problem and un clip the plug for it. then try fuse.
