Title: Rear window blinds and sunroof problem/question
Post by: zuluf on 29 June 2010, 22:05:12
Opel Omega 2.0 16v LPG '97  (CD package)

Since I bought my Omega (used one) sunroof and rear window blinds aint working.
After some poking arround and testing some stuff a conclusion was drawn that in sunroof case control box (on the roof under the sunroof motor) is faulty and that should be fixed/verified soon.
Rear window blinds left. Also after some poking arround it seems that the control box at the blinds motor is ok. I have 12v supply but I aint getting the puls to trigger the controll box.
Anyhow, to shorten my story: Has anyone had simmilar problems? Are there any faulty joints, spots, parts that tend to go wild (or on vacation) after some time (or after some events) considering my case (rear window blinds and sunroof)? Explanation on how the whole system works and if there are some tiny catches and details to focus my attention on?

Thank you in advance!
Cheers!
