Title: Built in car phone

At the moment I have a cdr2005 CD player. Near my interior light i have a microphone and i understand that the aerial on the roof is for a telephone. So my question is this......can i change the head unit for a phone type? Will it be pre wired? Will it work?

Not that simple I`m afraid, quite a bit needs to be replaced, its seldom as simple as a head unit swap
