Is there anyone local(ish) to me that has a working satnav disc i could possibly borrow for 10 minutes?
I want to check my NCDC 2013 is working before i fork out for a new disc.
I am in March, Cambs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try a normal music CD (original, not copies) and if this works it should be able to read a Nav disc. :y

Do not be tempted to use CDRs, as they do seem to kill off the lasers. Particularly cheap, crappy media, burned at high speed.
I got my 2009 genuine map disc for £25 delivered from egay.

Patience, my friend, patience ;)
Wait until one does a 'Best Offer' buy-it-now, and put in a ridiculously low offer

Hmm, I managed to get a 2010 disc from eBay in Germany for £25.66 all in. Managed to find a guy breaking a set of European discs and fortunately my German is good enough to have a half decent e-mail conversation :).
