Title: dash lights

im about to give up with this flaming thing!!! thought id got everything fixed now the dash doesnt light up but all the clocks work ... the heater/air con etc doesnt work but the stereo works and lights up.. was all working yesterday

How do I remove the instrument panel of a 1997 Omega MV6 to change the bulbs?
