CD Magazine = FUBAR - Spares No longer Available

More than I have for mine ;D

Should I attack my CD Changer to get the immobiliser code, or pay a dealer £15 for one...  ...hmmm...

Anyway, back on topic, as previously said, I may need the radio for a few days to sort that, or we can have a play at Newent, see if we can see whats happened...

Newent will be fine :y

Radio works fine, it's just when you load the cassette magazine, it will not engage.

Because I have a Trade Card, I just phoned the dealers with the reg., and bingo, they supplied the car pass.

Didn't ask for the log book or anything, except £27 :(

Many of the repairers out there will use knackered parts from secondhand units to fix the faults.

As Philips ceased trading around 2001, we have long since run out of good and new spares for that one.
