Title: front fogs keeps blowing fuse???

hi all
im new here and was woundering if any 1 can help me please
i have a 1999 3lte elite saloon with all mod cons evan has full irmscher body kit. prob is that every time i put the front driving lamps on it blows fuse 16 only just started to do it was working fine before 2 days ago im confused please help????? :-/ :-/ >:(

Faulty lamp holder? trapped wiring?  :-/

thank you i will take front bumper off and see as i can get lights out with out taking front bumper off >:(  will update once checked and thanks for replie  :y

hi i have disconected both lamps @ front bumper replaced fuse and now dosn`t blow so its down to 1 of the lamps but still havn`t had time to check witch 1 will update once sorted thanks for your help
