Hi all. Been fitting remote star recently and have it all wired in but the car will start will for just a few seconds and the cutout.im now very confused as to why!I wondered if anyone could have any ideas as to why?it a mini face elite petrol auto.the guy who helps me is an auto electrician so he know his stuff but he is now stumped, could it be lack of power to the relays?or is it that the immoberliser is stopping it?transponder has been put by ignition for now.any ideas greatly appreciated!

I would have thought the immobiliser would not permit it to start at all.  I'm no expert but is the no. III curcuit being held open to keep the engine running?  If it closes then the car will think it has been turned off.  Just a thought.

Which is the no3?the immoberliser is bypassed as the chip is preasent so it's not that,it seem to be a relay I think, but I wondered if it was something I missed.the wire to the ignition start also seems to get hot,not sure why!
