Title: Deadlock
Post by: Shackeng on 11 September 2010, 19:06:49
Not a problem, more a query. After locking door and using key lock button to close a window, the deadlock appeared not to work on the second press of the lock button. I tried unlocking and locking about three times, but still no apparent deadlock, with no second flash of lights. Opened the door, switched ignition on and off once, got out, closed door, deadlock now works normally!!! :-? :-? :-?

Mine sometimes does not flash the lights the second time, but I can still hear the motors deadlocking  :y

Mine's done the same thing a few times, normally happens after loads of opening & closing via the fob without starting in between ....  :-/  :-/  :-/  :-/

when itdoes not deadlock, open door check interior light is on or put lights on with no ingition on to see if the buzzer/alarm is going,if not buzzing play with the door pillar switch until the buzzing/alarm works as it should.  then it should dead lock hth  :y
