Remove cage and on the rear of the climate control panel at both ends are small metal clips. They pull out slightly and the climate panel can be pushed out into the car.

Fazeel,

Go to this link

Then the 3rd photo down, you'll need to take the two screws out, as circled in white, then at the bottom of the trim there are x2 trim clips, gently ease them up (I think), and the front trim comes off.

Tilt the top of the trim towards you, then as previously said, there are x4 still clips (x2 per side), you'll have to ease the tabs outwards while moving the AirCon unit out from the back (towards the front of the car). You can do one side, then the next without too much problem.

Then the x2 plugs on the Aircon unit have unusual locking tabs.
you have to have a play, but not forcing anything, each plug has a tab which rotates 90 degrees from left to right (in a sort of arc).  As you do this the plugs will move outwards from their connecting socket.

Difficult to explain in writting, but I hope that helps ?.
