Just a thought (as if I haven't got enough problems) I have managed to retro fit a Carin to my Elite TD hybrid thingy.

Is it possible to connect the speaker output to the stereo rather like the nice lady from the Trafic Master is connected on some sort of external input (or disconnect Trafic Master nice lady and plumb it in there?? )

There is no mute line on CARiN, but that is overcomable with some electronics.

However, I reckon it would piss you off quickly, constantly interupting your tunes.  I'd fit the speaker, works well, and is discrete
