can anybody tell me the radio code for my car, you can see which car i have from the left
Because i want to remove the stereo panel thing, but i want to be sure it would work once i put it back again
-
Code will vary with every car .. but as you have the 3.2 I'll guess you have the later radio ... which is pre-paired and needs no code on battery re-connection.
Post up the model number of your radio .. its printed on the front ... I'm guessing its an NCDC 2013 ??
-
nope, there's nothing written on it,
It has CCRT 2008 written on the cassette player, thats it
-
so do I need to take out the battery connection before taking out the stereo ??
-
CCRT 2008 is the model number of the stereo.
Let me have the 14 digit number engraved onto the side of the chassis of the radio and I will see what I can suggest next
-
ok I know this sounds stupid, but can you tell where the chassis number thingy is ??
and where the radio number is written on it ??

Pull the radio out, what is engraved on the side ?
if I pull it out, would it still work ??
since I still dont have the radio code,
I dont want it to be messed up :-/

Pull it out, and you will need the code.

You can switch off the need for a code on some. Not sure about yours. Might need the code to switch the function off, of course!
-
I've got a CCRT 2008 that i don't have the code for too, serial number is GM 020 851 527 855, any help appreciated :y
-
if you get security pass from Vx this will give radio code, key code etc. Only way I know off to get code.
-
There are websites where you provide the serial nos etc. and pay for the code information. I did this for a Rover CC32 Blaupunkt radio. Cost £7.50 in Aug. 2009 and it worked fine. I presume it can be done for Vauxhall as well.

Just checked. Got mine from DND services website, which I presume is member Dave DND who posted earlier.

You do, it'd defeat the object otherwise. ;) ;) ;) :y
