Title: Remove Full Beam Bulbs

How on earth do i remove the full beam bulbs ... the book of lies says remove plug and gently push down on back of bulb till it releases from its retaining clips  ;D

I must be missing something  :-/

Figured it out ... just wasnt pussing down hard enough  ;D ;D :-[
