Hi guys, i'm after some ideas...
My windscreen washer wont work. today I unplugged the supply from the top of the pump and stuck a meter into the contacts, there doesn't appear to be any power there when I activate the washers. As the fuse is the same for the washers and the wipers, and the wipers work, it isn't that.
is there another fuse?
any idea where the wires go, so that I can trace them? Is there a relay somewhere I can check? how can I check the stearing wheel stork is connecting properly?
Any help would be appreciated, i'm fed up of sticking my arm out the window with a plant sprayer!
thanks

do you have headlights washers? if you do and they don't work it might be problem with the washer lever by the steering wheel. i'd disassemble the lever and check with the multimeter if it contacts properly when you activate the washers. it's pretty easy to check that. you should also check the relay for the washers, but I don't know which one it is. someone can shed some light?

thanks for your help. I've not got headlight washers, so no clue there. But when I pull the washer/wiper lever the wipers run a couple of cycles, so i'm assuming the contact at the lever is working....
If anyone has a clue where the relay is, it would be helpful????
