Title: xenon headlamp range

electronic Xenon headlamp range adjustment possibly faulty.
There are a pair on adjustment screws on each head lamp outer frame. Can I use these to slightly raise lamps? Turn them clockwise or anti clockwise to raise beam?

Yes you can use them.
They can be used to raise or lower the beam if the adjusters are ok
