heated seats front and rear not working internal fuses ok switches light up is there a relay

I think there are 2 relays under rear back seat  ;)

There are no relays for the front seats.

The relays under the rear seats are only there to ensure that if a rear seat occupant gets out with the rear seat switched on, when the ignition is switched off and then on again the seat will be switched off as a default and then have to be switched on again.

The rear circuits are totally separate from each other - so I would go checking fuses as a next step.

Have they ever worked?

I'd say more likely that the heaters have all failed (unless some retard has been swapping seats about)
