Title: Bose loom
Post by: albitz on 07 April 2011, 21:13:11
I have someone who wants to buy the loom from the Bose system in my breaker. I just want confirmation that Im right in thinking that I need to keep this with the Bose in order to sell it ? Cant see it being as valuable/sellable without the loom.
Tia.

From what Dave DND was saying the other day about Bose systems in our cars you do have to have the whole system for it to work as it is not compatible with anything else! :D :D ;)

I have the whole system Lizzie. I think someone else has the system but not the loom so they want to buy my loom, butIm minded to keep it with the system as it will be more sellable with than without afaik.

Keep it with your system -

A complete BOSE system is worth infinately more than an incomplete collection of bits

A complete system is worth about £65/£70 or so.

So, if someone wants to buy the whole lot from you then they have a loom and some spares .............

That will be paired and ready to use should theirs stop working.

I am advised that a Bose system is worth a lot more than that tbh. Robert.
Approx. £175 for the 2013 head unit/GID satnav display/ariel and loom. And another £50 for the speakers and amp. ;)
