Title: Speaker Sizes

Hi can anyone tell me the size of the door speakers on a 2001 2.6

From memory the fronts are 165 m.m. and the rears are 130 m.m.
If you are looking to fit after market speakers be aware that you may need to fit spacer rings so the magnets don't foul the door innards.

Also, standard Vx. speakers don't sound too bad, especially when powered by a nice Pioneer head unit, in my opinion you'd have to spend a fair whack to get anything that sounds better...

thanks the reason i ask is i think one of the rears has blown so i will need to change

If it were me then I'd just pop down to your local scrap yard and whip a pair from the rear doors of a Vectra.

If you prefer I can sell you a set from the car I'm currently breaking...
