Title: Engine management

Hi Everyone,
My 2.2 dti CD estate 2002 reg has strange problem with EM light & power reduction. Fault code is P0400 EGR valve - replaced but EM light persists.Not sure if throttle pedal potentiometer at fault.Indicated by another garage but more diagnostic costs. Car drives fine till constant speed maintained - ie motorway type drive. By varying pedal position every10 seconds or so EM light stays off and normal power maintained.Towing my caravan this way quite tricky.Any gems?  8-)

Bugger, bit far from me. Hopefully a member nearby might be able to get some live data off the throttle sensor.
