Hi!
Does anybody know is there a mute connection point on the NCDC2013 if I would like to install a handsfree kit?
Or do I have to turn down the radio volume button every time when I use the mobile? :P
Thanks
Zoli

Im fairly certain there is. :y
Edit - there is. I have just had a look at a 2013 HU I have in the shed and it states on the label which says what each wire is, that one of them is mute.Red/pink wire I believe. :y

Thanks mate! :y

mute and phone-in is all on pins 34/35/36 from memory. Cant remember which is which though!

Worth piping the audio into NCDC, rather than fit dedicate phone speakers, IMHO
-
could you use these tel in pins for audio in?

Yes for the telephone audio, but as it is very low quality MONO you cannot use it as an input for MP3 audio etc, if that is what you were thinking.
;)

How can I pipe the audio to the HU speakres? Is there any additional unit which is needed? It would be great if no extra speaker would be needed...
-
Ohh, I think I should use next to mute the 2 phone in pins... :) Am I right or was it a bad attempt ?
-
As above, the headunit has three key pins dedicated to phone use.
Two of them support audio in (mono channel which although is a diff input with a + and - feed will happily take audio plus ground) and a mute connection.
The likes of a Parrot setup connects straight up (dont bother with the pain in the arse wiring adaptor kits)
-
Great, can anybody tell me the exact pins?It was only written from memory... ;)

I've found the location of the pins. What do you suggest ?if I connect directly the mono jack cables to the TL+ and TL- (according to polarity) will it work? Or do i need any adaptor kit?
Thanks

It will just work! :y
