just had my Cambelt and aux belt changed, thats the end of two week of a little trpeidation on my part, got no nails left lol, as some oof you know i got my mig but the cam was last changed 60.000 miles ago, looking at the  
old belt it was in good shape, so its better to be safe than sorry ::)

The belts are usually OK, it's the the tensioners that tend to fail...

yer when we had a look at mine it looked as good as new. But the last time the belt and tensioners where change by main dealer they fitted the worng one so very glad it was done to be on the safe side.
