Unfortunately anything that happens in London is probably paid for by the rest of us .. and sanctioned by Daft Ken I expect .. :(

This should be listed as a wind up .. but it is more than likely to be one of his ideas .. and so be true...

Don't laugh too much- they'll be having us strap them to the front of our cars next. No doubt they're worried about some bottom feeder suing the council for getting hit on the bonce. >:(

Whats wrong with these people, can't they text & walk at the same time  :-?
They'll be putting fences up next to stop them straying into the road.
