Will an AR25 gearbox from a 2003 2.6 petrol bolt straight into a 1999 2.5 diesel?

I asked this question a couple of weeks ago (probably regarding the same person your enquiring for) iirc the answer was yes, but theres a thread here somehwere about it. ;)

IIRC, you will have to swap the torque converter housing from your TD onto the AR25 before fitting to the TD. :y :y :y HTH

I thought the bellhousing was different on the TD.
