When I start the callibration process the lambda readings are stable but after a minute or so start going up and down. When it switches to one cylinder the rpm drops temporarily and the rpm warning comes on. When it switches to all 6 it stalls.
To add I think there may be an air-leak. I refitted the plenum moving the injector cabling completely out of Tue way but when I go WOT rapidly from idle I get that slight sucking noise. Everything else is fitted correctly. Strangely when the engine is fully warmed up it seems to improve although not completely sure as the lambda reading is still haywire.
Thoughts?

The lamdas are supposed to flick, about once every second or so.
If your lamdas are stable, once the petrol ecu goes closed loop, you are in a whole heap of trouble ;D

except at wot, then it needs to be rich (high) :y
-
In short, that's bot my problem then. I also.get the message 'collector pressure low 0.61'. Just before it stalls. Could this be the issue?

Yes, that won't help.
Any kinks in pipework? If not, adjust evap to a base setting of around 1.1bar

I feel very stupid :-[

Why? You are doing something you've never done before, and that isn't straightforward. And with no instructions.
Even if you kinked the pipe, even GayBoy Gixer has done that ;D

Pipework incorrect?

Everything was correct, the piping (Paul & chris :y), no kinks, wiring excellent (kw :y), tank all correct........
.....just one thing missing ::)

evap, or injectors?
-
It was all there and working on one injector, it was when it switched to one bank in the calibration it stopped.....
-
all it was missing was somthing I am not short of in supply.............
........gas! :-[
I was convinced that there was plenty of gas in there due to the weight and I could hear sloshing. Add to that the donor said it was at least half-full.
I just wondered on a whim after taking the plenum off twice to check it was all sealed properly. I found there were a couple of very small air leaks so not all was lost, they were fixed with some new seals.
I whipped around to the nearest lpg station to find the filler was broken. So I went to the M3 services and caught a copper using the out of bounds service road ;D
I stuck in a tenner (which took a while) after double checking all was good and that there were no leaks. The initial noise that was made when I connected the filler was a little disconcerning but unfounded. Do all fillers require you to stay and press down on the black button?

Yes, they all use a Dead Mans Handle concept.

LOL, never thought I'd hear you say you didn't have gas ;D

PMSL! ;D ;D
Probably need to have a play with the gauge position then!
