Title: 2.6 spark plugs
Post by: martin42 on 26 September 2011, 20:05:10
im in the process of doing cam cover gaskets, oil has been leaking into plug holes, removed as much oil as i can and removed plugs,im on a very tight budget at the moment and cant really afford the £40+ for the plugs,is there an alternative that i can use in stead of the 4 prong plugs, also does anybody have a spare rubber seal for the passenger side bank coil pack as that is missing, thanks for the help.
Also the how to guide came in very handy aswell, :y

which is where it's cheaper in the long run to pay to be a member of the Autobahnstormrs club for around £20 per year. Plugs would then cost you around £2.50 each on Vauxhall's Trade Club.

there's bit more to sorting an oil leak than a 'rubber seal'  ;) ;) ;) If you buy cheap pattern gaskets you'll soon be doing them again ................. and do the breathers while you're at it.  :y :y

It is worth it, even just 10W-40 oil Trade Club which pays for the ABS membership the first time you buy 4 lots of 5 litres for the price of 3  :y :y
