Hi, I am still after a set of alloy wheels, must have good tread tyres, and am still not bothered if they are kerbed as long as they are NOT buckled or cracked, My budget is only £50 but am starting to need them quite soon as my rear tyres on my car are getting close to legal limit.
I am interested in the 17" Elite Alloys or any wheels 17" or bigger.
Please let me know asap.
Cheers.

I'm afraid you're going to be very lucky to find a set of 17" wheels with good tyres for £50 mate. Most scrappies are paying £10 -£12 per alloy at the moment. :(
Would you not be better replcing the tyres and waiting until you have a bit more cash to spend? Especially if you are looking to change the car for an estate anyway?
Just my thoughts... :y

Decided to stick with this Omega and not looking to get an estate anymore as my Frontera seems to be coping with everything I throw in it. But know I will be able to get wheels for the money I have. Just can't get hold of the guy I was supposed to be buying the original set from. So am hunting again. And don't want to spend £30 a corner for Michelin tyres on wheels I don't like.

Well I wish you the best of luck in your search mate. :y

I think he was meaning £50 each

I've got a good set of 16's with excellent ditch finder tyres but as Twiglet has pointed out i'll get £11 per wheel scrap and about £15 per tyre off Ebay so well over your budget ::)

I don't think he was mate. Pretty sure he wants 4 wheels with 4 good tyres for £50.

17" or bigger alloys with decent tyres is a bit of a non starter for 50 notes if Im honest. best to move on to next wish on the list.

Agreed, I got 4 x 16s with poor tread for a shade under a ton. There were in good nick though :y

I struggled to get £65 for the 4 16" wheels from this car, sold 'em on Fleabay...
