I had similar quote from vx last week, two rear vented at 80 odd plus vat. I queried it but they wouldnt budge. Those and oe pads all round came to £220! I left!
They didn't quote tc price and oe pads are no longer on Tc at all apparently. Although the retail price is less than I remember.

Seems at odds with the pad and disc front axle set of price of £80.

I bought a new handbrake cable, rear pads, handbrake shoes and handbrake shoe fitting kit all made by Mintex and all came to the price vauxhall wanted for the rear pads alone????
