Title: HELP is anyone on here from Accrington/Blackburn area

hi i feel a right idiot i have toped the oil up on the car and fogot to put the filler cap back on and now it is lost is there anyone in the area that has one sitting around that they dont need

mine is a 2.2 dti are all VX oil caps the same type ie will any fit off an astra or corse ect

Are stranded at the road side, or will tomorrow do? I'm in Bury so not too far away, I don't have a spare but you can borrow mine if it means the difference between getting home or spending a night in Accrington.  ;D ;D

I should've read to the bottom of the thread ................ mine's a V6. No idea if it's the same as a 2.2 diesel but I'd doubt it.  :-\

All sorted now got one from VX for £10.32  :y
