Title: Are these the right HID bulbs?

Need to replace/upgrade the bulbs in the 99 MFL elite but am well confused as to what I need, will these do the job?

depends which bulbs you mean?

but those arent HID...

you want d2s :y

I would avoid the cheap lamps and only get philips or osram, 4300k or 6000k at a push, no higher.

Those are NOT HID bulbs .. they are xenon-filled incandescent bulbs, either non-HID projectors or "normal" headlights.

HID bulbs are totally different D2S is the designation.. not H7 (although H7 are used for the MAIN BEAM light)
