High speed film of an eagle owl ... 

Talk about power.  It is spectacular.   
 
Talk about a variable geometry wing.......  Are those leading edge feathers pop-up vortex generators at high alpha?

Nature beats anything man tries to copy hands down .. :)

Excellent video. saw one tonight on the way home. maybe the same one that was sitting on our outdoor kitchen somewhat scarily calling to its mate! They are BIG birds.  Lovely :y

Splendid, the natural power and the incontrovertible grace of this creature are both shown to their utmost in this impressive photography.

Spectacular .....but it left me feeling truly sorry for the monkey on the PG tips tea ad........... ;D
