Title: £2,000 'M' reg Omega, on fleabay...
Post by: Brikhead on 18 October 2011, 20:40:51
28 bidders with over a day to go.

Interesting to note that there are NO Omegas on the bay for over 2k.

Apologies if this is a 're-post'...

I've gotta say, I wish him all the best at that price :y

I don't normally go for heavily modded cars but that does appeal to me on some level :-\

It's been bid upto that price, it has 28 bids.

Here is another 'unusual' one...

(can you tell I'm in the market for a new car? I've just sold my Vectra and have taken a Saxo in part-ex... It's horrible.)

Don't like the boot spoiler

Really don't like the useless hot air induction kit

Agree wit 1 and 3... Can't make my mind up about the wheels (but I wouldn't choose them) and as for a nice car ruined... Not sure really. It is, after all, a M reg Omega that would probably only be worth pocket change in standard form ;)

It appeals to a certain kind of audience, I wouldn't normally like it, but I can can't deny the fact I think it looks brilliant, and I hope he sells it for what he wants, the paint alone on that car probably cost that money.

Got to be fairly likely unless he supplies an 'MOT' exhaust as well!

It will fail the current MOT unless you've got a "bent" tester. No way will it pass the emissions test without cats.

''Huge induction kit

Remapped

Saab injectors

enlarged intakes

Reworked camshafts by Courtenay sport

decatted (both of them)''

yep, each to his own I guess.

Whilst I think that modifying the way a car looks should be punishable by instant death, it's not my car and may indeed go for £2K. I might need to have a look at the bidding history before I parted with cash, tho.
